«There is no other option other than the Minsk agreements,
which would ensure the cease-fire, withdrawal of troops and heavy weapons, as
well as guarantee an access for the international organizations such as the
OSCE. Russia signed this deal», – he said.
According to Poroshenko, today, Russia does not comply
with the agreement. «In eastern Ukraine, some 7,000 to 9,000 Russian troops are
still deployed», – the president said, adding that «if we want real peace and
stability return to Ukraine, Russia should withdraw its military and weapons».
