We will remind that drilling
platforms which were got by the Ukrainian company «Chernomorneftegaz» for money
of the Ukrainian taxpayers, also call «Boyko's drilling derricks» in honor of the former Minister of Energy and
the coal industry of Yury Boyko.
In 2011 Ukrainian
«Chernomorneftegaz» got two sea drilling platforms on $400 million for
everyone. Only two firms connected among themselves took part in the first
tender of «Chernomorneftegaz».

The price of a drilling
platform for $150 million was higher, than market. Three intermediaries took
part in the second tender. Mass media claimed that market price of the second
platform also made about $200 million.
