The Kremlin already imposes sanctions against the authorities of the Crimea

The Crimean collaborator Aksenov complains that Putin deceived inhabitants of the Ukrainian peninsula for 15 billion rubles. In reply Putin charged to impose economic sanctions against the authorities of the Crimea that didn't talk profusely and furthermore so loud.
