Jens Stoltenberg: I was right, and Putin is the chronic liar

Today, on December 17, 2015, Putin at last recognized before the whole world that in the east of Ukraine there are Moscow military. Earlier Putin repeatedly denied active participation of Moskovia in the conflict on Donbass which she also created.
