In 1991 the USA buried the USSR, in 2016 will bury the Moskovia

In 1975 the USA adopted the law which forbids to export oil to the world markets of consumers. Fights round removal of this ban are sharpened about two years. And this issue will be resolved in favor of exporters soon.

Lobbyists of oil-extracting monopolies were close to the purpose, after all at last republicans and democrats found a common ground in the Congress of the USA and agreed on the bill which will cancel action of restriction of export of oil from the USA.

Of course, still ahead there will be votes in the House of Representatives, in the Senate and only after that the bill will be transferred for the signature to the Oval office. But, already fact of coordination of positions in the Congress of the USA speaks about much. And if absolutely to paint this news in optimistical tone, in 2016 the USA will begin to export "black gold" to the world markets!

And how it will affect a situation in the world? At least, there will be a dumping of the European price of oil as the EU will be the main client of the USA. But, the American raw materials will become economically attractive to the European burghers only if the American oil is at least $2 cheaper for barrel, than at present exporters.

These are quite standard market tendencies. So, for example, Moskovia managed to bypass Saudi Arabia on supply of oil to China only when the Kremlin gave to Beijing a discount of $3,5 for barrel.

And if the bill of the Congress of the USA isn't cancelled, the next year promises to be rather interesting on events. Entry into the market of oil of Iran, possible emergence on a proscenium of the USA and sweet smack of a dumping already soar in air. The impression is made that in 2016 to some northern Gas station will become already absolutely unprofitable to extract oil.

And it means that one Big Gas station which illegally occupies today 1/6 part of the planet, will start breaking up to many small gas stations. And they, in turn, in 25-30 years can theoretically become the new and successful countries. But already without domination of the Kremlin.
